An RGB led is just like an ordinary led, only it has more legs and more colors. Try bending the longest leg a little to the side, so you can slide a battery between this longest leg and the other three legs. Will there be light or do you need to turn the battery around?
We know you are not allowed to solder on the battery. Again, why not? If you know why soldering on the battery is not a good idea, then you also know what to take into account if you want to do it stubbornly: you have to sand the spot where you are soldering, the soldering should only take a very short time, and your soldering tin must have a lot of acid to clean. So you can make an RGB Piano – but we don’t do that!
We work with a battery in a battery holder. The longest leg of the RGB LED is soldered to the middle leg of the battery holder.
Then you have three loose legs on the led, one on one side, and two on the other side. On the side where the LED has one leg, solder the side leg of the battery holder to the side leg of one switch. Solder the separate leg of the LED to the middle leg of this switch. Try to see if it works; maybe you still need to turn the battery?

You have now created a LED of which you can switch on the colors Roor Green and Blauw separately. With a good battery, you can also mix them. The same thing happens in one pixel of a TV, so you have now made a TV of one pixel?
